Coaching, mentoring, and holding compassionate space have been part of my work for over 25 years. After earning a degree in business management in my twenties, I built a successful corporate career in leadership and management roles while raising my two boys. Throughout that time, I consistently held positions of responsibility where I led teams, supported growth, and guided others through both professional and personal development. Then, in 2014, life changed in an instant. I lost my firstborn son, and everything I thought I understood about the world shattered. Grief, anxiety, depression, and PTSD took hold, and for a long time I found myself navigating a depth of pain I had never known. Slowly, through various forms of therapy, plus yoga, tai chi, meditation, breathwork, colonics, and time spent in nature, I rebuilt a relationship with myself. These healing arts became my lifeline, my teachers, and ultimately my calling. They guided me home to my body, my spirit, and my purpose. And they led me right here.
